Description 
NetHope will create new and innovative ICT applications to support all USAID sectors. The GBI Program seeks to deliver social and economic services to underserved areas; extend the reach of broadband, including enhanced mobile networks, into remote rural areas, and use these networks to deliver ICT applications in support of USAID programs worldwide. NetHope, a consortium of 32 of the largest international humanitarian organizations working in over 180 countries, will use buy-ins to meet the full range of USAID sectoral needs through new technology and business approaches. The instrument's focus is innovation through a leveraging of partner resources.
