Mekong Vitality Expanded (MVE) program, a two year savings-led microfinance project aimed at assisting economically disadvantaged women in the Vinh Long province of the Mekong Delta of Vietnam. USAID/Vietnam, The Coca-Cola Foundation, and Pact, Inc., have made a commitment to work together under the aegis of a Global Development Alliance (GDA) to implement this collaborative public-private sector initiative.
